She was fantastic in helping us sell our townhouse. She has a deep understanding of many things related to real estate that go far beyond marketing and negotiation. She is great at working with contractors, and helped us with the renovations needed to upgrade our home. These renovations resulted in such a high number of showings and offers that at times we lost count. She is extremely responsive and makes you feel at ease with what is often a major undertaking.
