Kristin Edelman has been an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about properties in the Baltimore area and issues to look out for. She’s always quick to reply to texts, calls, and emails, and she goes above and beyond to make herself available on weekends and holidays to tour “hot” homes that are expected to go fast. She’s patient with new buyers like me who have lots of questions and want hand-holding during the inspection process.
