Right now is an insane time to buy a house. It is a roller coaster of emotions as you consider making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and the current market doesn't help. However, Kristin Edelman was amazing every step of the way. From our first meeting to closing. Kristin not only treated us like amazing clients, but also friends. Whenever we felt discouraged or anxious Kristin consistently reiterated "If it's meant to happen it will happen". Kristin is very organized and knowledgeable with the Baltimore area. She always advocated for us and never pushed us into something we were uncomfortable with. Drane-Edelman will move at your pace. We loved how we felt understood by the whole team on our wants and needs. Kristen has the experience and acumen to temper expectations without being brash. We could always come to her with questions. I always felt like she championed our dreams, but was always realistic. Her professional and interpersonal communication skills were some of the best. We were never blindsided and constantly kept in the loop (you are the one buying the home after all). Conversations never felt forced and we often found ourselves making small talk and laughing as we visited houses. By no means did we have an exuberant budget, but we always felt like high dollar clients. This was probably the most important part to us and I hope it is for you too as you read this. There will always be people with deeper pockets and higher budgets, but it was clear through the whole process that both Kristen cared about us and our family.
